I offer online therapy using the free-to-use meeting platform Zoom. All you need is access to the internet and a device to connect with (such as a computer or a smart phone).
Online therapy can be a very good way to access psychological therapy. It is particularly useful if you:
- Live far away from your chosen therapist.
- Are very busy and don’t have time to travel to and from a therapy appointment.
- Find it difficult to leave the house or prefer to stay at home.
I can also work with international clients so please let me know if you would like a session and live outside of the UK.
