I offer coaching to people who are interested in achieving particular goals, but have found it difficult to get there.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is focussed on boosting skills and performance and is usually relatively short-term and goal-oriented. It can often be focussed on the workplace and work-related goals, but you can use coaching methods to work towards any goal that is meaningful to you.
Some Common Coaching Goals:
- Gaining a promotion
- Better organisation at work
- Getting on well within teams
- Improving confidence at work
- Finding your ideal career
- Finding a new partner
- Creating healthy relationships
- Improving confidence in losing weight
- Increasing healthy behaviours, such as exercise and healthy eating
How is Coaching Different from Psychological Therapy?
There are many overlaps between therapy and coaching, as both involve careful exploration of the issues at hand, working to understand what might be blocking you to moving forward, and using methods to clear those blocks to help you create the life that you want.
People often come to therapy because they feel low or anxious and need some help. People usually come to coaching because they have a more specific sense of where they want to get to (for example, they really want to improve their performance at work and increase their salary). Coaching tends to be more goal-oriented and shorter-term. A coach might set more targets to achieve between sessions, so as to move towards the stated goal more quickly.
Coaching sessions are longer than therapy sessions, lasting 1 hour instead of 50 minutes.
What is Spiritual Coaching?
I specialise in energy psychology and spirituality, so all of my work is informed by my training and experience in this area. I use energy psychology methods to determine where the blocks are to you meeting your goals and then to clear these blocks. This can allow you to meet your goals much more easily and quickly.
The spiritual component is important, because when we begin to understand our deeper values and purpose in this life, we find that we meet our goals more swiftly. Being aware of and aligned with our deeper spiritual purpose makes everything easier and more fulfilling.

I charge £250 an hour for coaching sessions. If you book a block of 4-sessions, you will pay £800 for the whole block (a saving of £200).
